Core Construction Technology: Military-Grade Core, Rugged as Rigid as a Solid Board
1. Double-Layer Brushed Core
We utilize a "double-layer brushed" core made of high-strength polyester fibers. These fibers connect the top and bottom surfaces of the board at a density of over 3,300 fibers per square meter. When inflated, this creates an incredibly rigid structure that effectively resists bending and deformation, providing a stable feel comparable to a solid board.

2.Longitudinal "I"-Beam Reinforcement Ribs
We've incorporated a unique longitudinal reinforcement rib design within the board's critical stress zones. Like load-bearing beams in a building, it significantly increases the board's longitudinal rigidity, ensuring more direct power transfer during paddling, reducing energy loss and improving gliding efficiency.

 

Lamination and Welding Technology: Creating an Indestructible, One-Piece Hull
1. Fusion-Coated PVC Lamination

Base Material: Utilizes a high-density, UV-resistant 1000D PVC woven fabric as its base.

Lamination: Through a high-temperature, high-pressure process, the wear-resistant and scratch-resistant layers are permanently fused to the base material, forming a single-piece skin. This eliminates the risk of delamination in laminated structures, significantly improving durability and lifespan.

2. Precision High-Frequency Welding
All seams are created using computer-controlled high-frequency welding technology. Compared to traditional glue bonding, welded joints are far stronger than the surrounding materials themselves, achieving a completely waterproof, delamination-resistant finish, making them unmatched in harsh water environments.
